Ceiling height is 250 cm, just like a classic house.
The house is manufactured at the Idealmod factory in Turkey and assembled on a plot in Banja Forest Residence in about 3 months. The load-bearing frame is galvanised steel with bolted joints and no welding: the structure does not settle, is earthquake-resistant and rated for 45-50 years of service and more.
The 100 mm external walls of fibre-cement panels with 16 kg/m³ EPS insulation and the roof of polyurethane-coated panels with 100 mm of mineral wool provide better thermal and acoustic insulation than a conventional concrete house. The windows are 70 mm PVC units with double glazing, and the entrance door is steel. Electrics and plumbing are concealed. The house is comfortable in all four seasons.
